TO PERFORM orthodontic excellence using quality product with particular emphasis on the welfare of our patients, our staff and the community we serve. TO PURSUE an atmosphere of individualized care focusing on the unique needs of each and every patient.

Monday 7:30am – 4:30pm
Tuesday 7:30am – 4:30pm
Wednesday 7:30am – 4:30pm
Thursday 7:30am – 4:30pm
Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm
- APPOINTMENTS -
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.
- FINANCIAL -
It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Please ask us about financing options, credit card payments and bank drafts.We accept MasterCard, VISA, Direct Debit, and can also set up automatic withdrawals from your bank account. We thoroughly explain your options, so that we can accommodate your needs.
- INSURANCE -
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment,  you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have orthodontic benefits that offer specific dollar and percentage limits. Our office is committed to helping you to maximize your insurance reimbursement and will endeavor to facilitate the process. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith, but cannot guarantee coverage. Please be aware that if the insurance benefits you thought were payable to you change, for any reason, you are still responsible for the entire amount of the contract. Please remember that your orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child, and some insurance carriers will not divulge confidential terms of your policy to our office. However, if you do have questions, we will do our best to answer them. Our courteous staff is always available and willing to help you.
